A.U.Th. Hostel

The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki runs a university hostel with 15 rooms, 6 double and 9 single, that was recently refurbished in order to accommodate members of academic staff and visiting lecturers who participate in its academic activities (conferences, research projects, etc.).

Location
The hostel is located on the sea front of the city, at 29 Meg. Alexandrou Avenue, at a relatively close distance from the university campus. Access to the hostel is quite easy, with regular bus service and bus-stops nearby.

Equipment
In every room of the hostel there is a television with satellite connection, refrigerator, air-conditioning, bed linen, towels and sanitary items. Three of the double rooms have en suite facilities, while for the rest, every two rooms share one bathroom.

Moreover, every floor has its guest room with satellite television and telephones where international calls can be made (with a phone card).

Finally, the hostel has central heating and a shared washing machine.

In every floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, electric cooker, and kitchen utensils.

Single room: 18 €
Double room: 28 €
Double room with en suite facilities: 30 €

Other information
Daily (except for Saturdays and Sundays), 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, there is staff who are responsible for receiving the guests and cleaning the premises. The hostel does not offer meals.
